Large double room in 3 bedroom house including bills. Sharing with 1 other (landlord) and small dog (French bulldog).

Shared toilet/bathroom, kitchen, dining room and large garden. Shared kitchen appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, cooker ect.
Designated space in kitchen cupboards and fridge will be provided.

Currently the room has 2 single beds. One will be taken out if tenant is happy with a single bed. If the tenant would prefer a double bed to be provided that can be arranged. A desk and chair will also be provided if required.

Landlord is a hairdresser and sometimes works from home during the day. Loves to cook but not past 8pm. Goes on long walks with the dog and is a practising Christian.

Free onstreet parking. 9 minute walk to West Norwood Station. 20 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station (12 mins by bus)
