Single room in family home

A lovely light and bright single room in a family home with lots of built in storage. We are particularly interested in those looking for short term stays. We are a friendly family of four, with our eldest son currently away away university. Our 17 year old daughter is currently studying for A levels. My husband and I work full time and work a mix of office and home based. We have two cats who are also pretty friendly. We have a lovely garden with space to relax as well as a spacious garage if you want to store a bike securely. The street is quiet and all of our neighbours are super friendly and kind. We have had lodgers for a number of years and more recently foreign students staying wirh us, who are here to learn English.
You have your own toilet and only share the bathroom with 1 person,- our daughter.
The open kitchen diner is spacious.
We have a weekly cleaner and all bills and wifi are included.
Our son will be coming and going in holidays and the odd weekend.
We prefer a female flatmate as our daughter is 17 and would feel more comfortable with this scenario.
Our current lodger will be moving out in July.
We can provide references from previous lodgers / house guests and from work colleagues or friends if required.
We ask for you to sign a simple contract for the period.
