Double room in cozy flat

I am looking for someone to share my two bedroom Victorian conversion flat.
The room is bright, has a little work space, a large walk in clothes cupboard and a large shelf with good storage.
The flat has timber flooring through out and is overlooking a small green. The street is a quiet street with 2min walk to the Overground train station and 2 min away from the shops and bus stops on the Highstreet.
I am sometimes working from home and travel a lot with work. I am looking for a flat mate who is tidy, ideally working in a profession and looks after my place.
