House Share - West Norwood

I’m moving in with my partner so sadly saying goodbye to this lovely house after 5 wonderful years.

The room is lovely and spacious, as are the communal kitchen, living room, and roof terrace (!) (Yes, we are very lucky!) It’s also a short walk from Tulse Hill Station and West Norwood Station and about 15-20min walk to Brockwell Park/Herne Hill.

You’ll be sharing with my two current housemates both female in their 30s. We are a friendly bunch, but largely live quite independent lives and not a party house. We usually give each other a heads up if we’re having friends/partners round.

The house is owned by a private landlord and we take good care to keep it clean and tidy. So we want to find someone who is keen to do the same.

I am moving out mid-August so need someone who is hopefully ready and able to move in from 1st September ideally. Viewings can be arranged as soon as possible.
