One Studio flat available on the 1st floor and available immediately.

Clean, tidy, courteous and respectful individuals.
Each flat has its own kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, bathroom with shower.

There is also a large bright shared kitchen with two cookers and two ovens and additional cupboards and drawers for storage.
Bills are not included and you will be responsible for the Electric bill and any other bill in your flat.
There is a £10 meter top up for communal area from each flat every 7weeks on rotation.

There is a secure garden at the back which is currently being renovated with bike racks available.
We also have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Please note the current residents get on very well, yet maintain their own privacy. We are looking for an individuals who is going to join us and make this property their home :)
