Room in Beautiful house West Norwood

I am relocating for work so looking for someone to take on my beautiful room in West Norwood.

The double bedroom is located on the entire top floor of the house with a large separate mezzanine space that I use as an office. There is a very handy cupboard & eaves storage. The room is unfurnished.

The house is really spacious across 4 floors. We have a large living room (complete with piano), kitchen diner leading onto a garden, two bathrooms and basement storage. We are 5 minutes from West Norwood station which is 20 minutes to Victoria and London Bridge. We are15 mins from Tulse Hill station where you can pick up the thameslink.

You’ll be sharing with three of my best friends. We have all lived together for varying lengths over the last 5 years. We enjoy hanging out if we’re all in together and watching a bit of daft telly, but likewise all have our own separate lives.

We have a good relationship with our landlord and we take good care to keep it clean and tidy. So we want to find someone who is keen to do the same and enjoys having a calm and friendly house to come home to.
