Very sad to be leaving this wonderful house share, but I’m moving on to buy my own place!

Availability:
The next contract begins 16th November so your tenancy can officially begin on this day, however, as I am buying, I may be moving out slightly earlier (around 4th-7th) so there could be some flexibility to move in before that.

The Room:
A large double room with bay window on the first floor and comes furnished with a bed, mattress and 2 chest of drawers. There is a wardrobe available that we currently use in the spare room if you want to swap things around.

The House:
The house is a three bedroom, end of terrace with a separate kitchen and living room, one bathroom and an office space/spare room. The spare box room has been amazing for having occasional friends/family stay over. We have a good sized garden at the back which Yvette has transformed, with some outside space at the front as well to park a moped off-road, and free street parking for cars. Great location between West Norwood and Tulse Hill stations so easy access to central London! Lots of nice pubs and cafes in the area.

House mates:
We are a queer friendly, dog friendly house. You will be living with Jo and Yvette (35 and 36).
Yvette is a creative person who works on charity fundraiser events and also runs her own face painting make up business. She is interested in gardening, swing dancing and eating good food.
Jo is a 35 year old working in classical music and training to be a counsellor. Likes: trash tv, salsa, gigs and cycling.
We are dog lovers and the house has had many dogs in the past, so we would be open to having them again!
We are looking for someone who is also looking for a place that feels like a home. We are both single and lead quite separate lives but also like to catch up over MAFS in the living room.

Costs:
approx £670-700pcm including bills (!) and council tax which is band E (Lambeth).
We are very lucky to have a land lady that is lovely and keen to keep rent low for people willing to look after the house.
