West Norwood - room takeover in 3 bed house

moving out of my room in 3 bed house, £950 a month all bills included, from gas to Netflix. Landlady is a gem, she works as a SEN teacher across the UK so sometimes stays in her room in the home upto 2 nights a week but she’ll let you know in advance, since I moved in September have been living alone as the 3rd bedroom is still up for rent but someone should be moving in this week (25F, Eritrean). I’m 19F and study in Farringdon so commute wasn’t an issue in the morning. There’s parking outside the house, loads of space in the kitchen. living room is separate with dining room attached. landlady doesn’t need references or guarantor just 1 months deposit and 1 months rent and you pay monthly. Room and house comes fully furnished all you’d need to do is move in, from the bed to wardrobes to pots pans cutlery iron, you name it Saff has furnished the home with it.

Door also has a lock on it if you’d like to lock your room!
