Double Room 5 mins walk to Tulse Hill station

Hi :) We are Tony and Éadaoin - we've got a double room available from Jan/Feb in our lovely home! Sadly our housemate is moving out to be closer to work.

We're both very settled in the house and want someone who is looking for a home as we'll be here for a few years to come. We're looking for someone considerate, sociable, clean and independent to join us.

We're both professionals, I'm a Midwife and Tony is a Stonemason. I work shifts and Tony works 9-5.

The house is split over a few levels, kitchen, living room and Tony's room on the bottom. Bathroom, my room and your room above. You'll need to be okay with a lot of stairs!

We've been friends for years and live together quite well. We'd love someone to join us who enjoys hanging out in the evening drinking tea and chatting. We're both very independent and social so not always at home. LGBTQ+ and Neurodiverse people preferred - you'll feel right at home!

We have very sweet landlords who are very responsive and manage the property themselves.

Comes with a small private garden area and an outside workspace/studio. Used by Tony for stonemason things but plenty of space if anyone wants to use it.
