Double Room 5 mins walk to Tulse Hill station

Hi :) We are Tony and Éadaoin - we've got a double room available from Jan/Feb in our lovely home! Sadly our housemate is moving out to be closer to work.

We're both very settled in the house and want someone who is looking for a home environment as we'll be here for a few years to come. We're looking for someone considerate, sociable, clean and independent to join us.

We're both professionals, I'm a Midwife and Tony is a Stonemason. I work shifts and Tony works 9-5.

The house is split over a few levels, kitchen, living room and Tony's room on the bottom. Bathroom, my room and your room above. You'll need to be okay with a lot of stairs!

We're both very independent and social so not always at home, but enjoy a sofa evening with takeaway and wine/tea when we get the chance.

We have very sweet landlords who are very responsive and manage the property themselves.

Comes with a small private garden area and an outside workspace/studio. Used by Tony for stonemason things but plenty of space if anyone wants to use it.
