Large communal front room with tv and open fire, large kitchen/diner with all mod cons on ground floor. Only renting out 1 of the three bedrooms on first floor, rental room furnished with a double bed and new mattress, has large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, at the rear of the house so quiet and window looks out over garden and green area beyond so very private. There is an adjacent bathroom to the room which is essentially sole use for the room as I have an ensuite on the floor above.
Looking for someone who will clean up after cooking in the shared kitchen and keep their bathroom clean.
