Large double bedroom in West Norwood/Tulse Hill

Two story maisonette, with a terrace garden 2 minutes walk to Tulse Hill train station (Thameslink and Southwestern) or a 15 minute bus journey to Brixton (Victoria Underground). No off street parking but you can get a permit to park on neighbouring roads.

We have worked hard to make the house a home and want someone who shares the same values as us, someone clean and tidy who respects shared living areas. We enjoy each others company and a trip to the local pubs and coffee shops but we also value our alone time to decompress. We also have a garden which we love to tend to in the summer so a green fingered gal is definitely welcome!

26, civil servant. I work from home 2-3 days per week. In my spare time I enjoy running (currently training for the london marathon!) and yoga. I also like reading, and I’m trying get better at baking!

25, freelance so I have quite bizzare work hours and sometimes go away for work. When I'm home I love to read, cook and crochet. I have just got into running (but I'm like a snail compared to Kate) and also swimming!

We both grew up in the same town in Wales and speak Welsh together - but that's not a prerequisite to living with us!
