I’m a 38-year-old creative professional, looking for someone similar in age to share the home with 🙂 The flat is calm and homey, and the room is very bright, facing a quiet garden area, making it a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

The location is excellent — literally a 2-minute walk to West Norwood station, and around 5 minutes to the high street with shops, cafés and a small local market. The neighbourhood is residential, quiet and close to several parks, which adds to the relaxed feel of the area.

The room is available now, with flexible move-in dates — early March would be ideal. Please bear in mind that some time is needed to complete the required checks.
