Spacious Double Room in Professional Houseshare

The spacious double room is located on the ground floor of the house and has access to its own little private deck straight into the garden. It was freshly painted last year. Unfurnished but the furniture can stay for sale for a price that can be discussed/negotiated, or can be removed if not wanted.

The three storey house itself is big. The cosy lounge has a huge communal TV and recliner seats. We have a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and another separate toilet. The back garden is well kept and green, with some outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine.

We are a very friendly, tidy and low maintenance bunch. Professionals, some working from home; happy to watch a movie together or hit the pub for a drink, but with no obligations.
Lucille works for a Students Union, likes to read sci-fi, play cosy PC games and sing.
Anna is an architect who enjoys hiking, painting and live music.
Jordan is a film buff and enjoys tennis.
Caitlin is a preschool teacher who moved the UK 3 years ago from Pennsylvania and likes to travel, go to gigs, and explore London in general.

The location is well connected with buses to Brixton, Waterloo, Euston, small walk to Tulse Hill station for Thameslink and is only a couple mins walk from the West Norwood train station for Southern train to Victoria/London Bridge/Crystal Palace.
West Norwood hight street has it covered, cafes and restaurants, gift shops, health stores, take aways of all sorts, even a B&Q!

Current tenancy agreement ends 25th September 2026, with a possibility of extending the stay for another year if all housemates agree.
