Spacious, modern flat with two friendly flatmates

We’re looking for someone to take the place of our recently departed James (not dead just back in Australia). You would be moving into a modern, clean flat, a 7 minute walk from a well connected station, with two social but relaxed flatmates.

Your room comes with a double bed, dresser and wardrobe and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The kitchen/living area is well-lit and a nice place to chill out, where we enjoy watching films, football and playing games. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and loads of food storage space and the living area is stacked with a large tv, dartboard, PS5 and Switch + a definitely legal Fire Stick lol.
