Looking for someone to take over my flatmates spot on the tenancy. From second week of May until April 2027.

Rent is £768.50 pcm. Bills are subject to change- they are currently £122.64, but will likely go down in the summer.

Need to check the deposit amount but think it something around 5 weeks rent.

Comes part furnished with a large set of drawers and a bed frame. You will just need a mattress.
Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and despite one bathroom shared amongst three people, it never feels like there’s a queue.
2 floors- myself and Dani are on the top floor and the bedroom up is on the bottom floor.
Super nice neighbours downstairs and next door. Cinema, Library and Leisure centre nearby, with lots of cafes and pubs too.

5 minute walk to West Norwood train station. Connections to Victoria and London Bridge.
20 minute walk to Tulse Hill station which has other Southern connections as well as Thameslink trains.
Buses 68, 2, and SL6 going into the city.
432 into Brixton only takes 20 minutes and is practically on the doorstep!
Corner shop across the road and the high street is a short walk.

Dani works from home most of the time and I am a teacher (soon to be).
Dani likes to bake (she makes the best cookies!) and also goes to a run club. I like cooking and reading/ gym but am also out the house a lot.
We love a cinema trip together, girls movie nights or a walk together with Posie.
