The recently renovated house is lovely and spacious, with separate living and dining rooms and a large south facing private garden. It’s on a leafy residential street in West Norwood, just 3 min walk from West Norwood High Street with its range of excellent bars and cafes, and Picturehouse cinema. Brockwell park is also within walking distance.



I’m gay, early forties, professional, friendly and laid back, looking for someone easy going to rent the spare room. 
 

The very large double room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, desk and chair and wardrobe. It also has a fireplace (not useable) and a bay window.
 
They house is conveniently located for the various transport links that serve the area, including a short walk to Tulse Hill train station (trains every 15 mins, to Blackfriars in 16mins, and to London Bridge) and 5mins to West Norwood (trains to Victoria and London Bridge), plus an express bus SL6 a four minute walk away (Waterloo in 35 mins). There are also quick transport links to nearby Streatham, Clapham Common, and Brixton.

The house also comes with my cute, friendly cat (he doesn’t scratch), Mylo.
