I'm looking for a new flatmate (female) to move in by 6th September (potential earlier move in possible).

It's a spacious En-suit Double Room in a New build.

We have a big Kitchen/Living Room with a gorgeous Balcony, perfect for all these lovely Summer evenings.

Rent is £1100 per month, and Bills coming to about £130-140 per month.

I'm looking for a girly pop who likes to socialise but equally understands when days at work have been long and the social battery is done (haha).
A little bit about me - I'm 27 years old and work as a Nursery Teacher full time and Sports Coaching at the weekends.
I very much am into sports and anything active really. LOVE a good yap session just as much as hankering down on some Love Island or similar silly TV shows.

Looking to find someone who wants to call the Flat their home and create a fun and nice environment at home :)
