I am currently looking for a flatmate to share my two bed flat - I am living here with my best friend who is moving out the first week of October.
About Me: I am 33 and work full time in strategy for the Government, with a background in culture/theatre. I am also currently qualifying as a therapist alongside this so am a busy and active person! I have an enjoyable social life and am super proud to have this home. I also have a dog in the house usually a week or so a month (so hopefully you’re comfortable with that!).
About the Flat: I have a good sized two bed, with an upstairs and downstairs. It has shared living space and bathroom - you’ll have a good sized double room which can come either furnished or unfurnished. I like my home to be relatively clean and tidy. There is free parking and lots of cute coffee shops and brunch spots nearby in West Dulwich, West Norwood and Crystal Palace. The place has good transport links to Brixton, Victoria and London Bridge.
About You: I am looking for someone to share my home but also have a warm and friendly connection with - my current flatmate (an actor) and I often share dinner (takeaway treats!) and a TV series together. Happy to discuss hybrid working arrangements, I am usually working from home two days a week so would work best for someone who also has a blend of office/wfh days. This isn’t a “party” house, although I’m really social and am often in town having dinner - I like my home to be a relatively calm and happy place. You’re welcome to host friends for dinner etc.
