SUBLET Large garden room with cat!

Hey! I’m subletting my room for 1 month whilst I go to America with the possibility of it being extended to 2 months total if it works for both people.

Current definite dates are 3rd September-5th of October but can be a little flexible.

The room is a large double on the ground floor with tall double doors onto its own private little decking and private access to the back garden.

The room is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed and tv (the desk is broken so you’d need to be careful using but still usable as a desk if needed)

I have a cat called Lola! Whoever sublets would need to take care of her. She’s super easy and spends a lot of time outside and any weekends you’d be away my housemates would happily cover feeding. I’ll buy enough food for her to last the month. I have a litter tray in the room just in case but she never actually uses it (goes outside)

The rent and bills come out on weird dates so I’ll cover these as usual and just ask for a flat rate of £750 to cover them for the period 3rd sept-5th oct (it’s usually slightly more than this but to take care of cat as well happy to call it £750).

Would also ask for a £300 deposit which I’ll send back once I’m back in the room.

The rest of the house there’s a large kitchen, shared living room, bathroom and extra toilet room. Theres very rarely any waiting to use the shower. There’s 4 other housemates (5 total). All lovely, easy going and clean and tidy. The house is so big I barely see them. 3 are office based and 1 is mostly wfh in their room.
