You’ll be living with Arianna, Lindsay, and Stewart, all living here for between 2 - 5 years, who are in their late thirties/early 40s and working regular hours in arts and creative sectors. We all get along well and although busy day-to-day we enjoy hanging out together and have become friends through sharing the flat. We like coming back to our home after work and look forward to finding someone who will enjoy it too.
We’re looking for one person (not a couple) of 30+ years of age, who is friendly and communicative and happy to handle their share of routine housework.
The flat doesn’t have a shared living space outside of the kitchen and spacious landing, with all four rooms in use as bedrooms, however this generous sized flat never feels cramped with four people in it.
We have a joint tenancy that is signed by the four of us together. It is a rolling 12 months contract renewing every 1st April.
