7 days per week- short term- for £650 pcm.

The house is in a secluded residential area with great neighbours and free parking. The room is furnished: double bed, two chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe..

The house is close to West Norwood Leisure Center, Picture House cinema/ Library. A 5 minute walk to West Norwood rail station and 10 minutes to Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill stations, offering easy access (20-23 mins) to Wimbledon, Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars/City.

West Norwood is a great area with many independent shops, Cafes, Pubs, restaurants, 4 supermarkets and has frequent bus service links with Brixton, Crystal Palace, Croydon, Balham, Central London and Euston.

The fitted kitchen/diner has all necessary appliances including a microwave, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, crockery & utensils.

I am looking for a friendly, considerate and sociable individual who can value others space, privacy and quiet. Someone who is happy to share my spaçe and some of their time with me - a very young at heart human. Having a clean and tidy house is essential for me so it is important that you have similar expectations. Not a Covid denier please.

I have lived and studied in three different European countries and I enjoy living with people from different cultures both as a lodger and as a landlord. I am a kind, friendly and relatively active female professionsal, I enjoy reading, going to the theatre, exploring the city and sometimes having a good chat. I love cooking so happy to share a glass of wine/a meal with you but I also love my own company and when not at work I tend to play lots of tennis, neglecting saddly
my garden and bee-keeping.
