Double Bedroom to end of August in West Norwood

We have one good-sized light and airy double bedroom in a large house in West Norwood for rent available immediately until the end of August. It is an upstairs room, with double bed. Downstairs there is a lounge/TV room, a library where we keep all our books and spend time reading, and a bike storage and art studio space. There is a small pointy garden and BBQ, and is on a very quiet residential road. There is easy access to West Norwood and Tulse Hill Stations (15-20 minutes to Victoria, Blackfriars or London Bridge), and many bus routes into central (68, 2 etc).

The three of us are male in our early 30's, and are a mix of straight and gay and occupy the three other upstairs bedrooms. We would be looking for a housemate either male or female in need of a temporary room in a great house for the period above. Couples are also welcome (£130pw rent).

There is 100Mbps Wifi and free on-street parking.

The room is available immediately until Friday 26th August at the latest.
