Double Room

PLEASE READ ADVERT before contacting it's available only FROM 1st October 2023 not before. Furnished Double Room available in family home which includes Bills that's council tax, water, Internet and electricity.
The room comes with double bed, double wardrobe and chest of draw. Open plan living room which has dryer and washing machine. The room is located on lower floor and we need someone responsible to rent it on short term contract or MAXIMUM 3. I also welcome short term as well as students and interns are welcome, please someone who has no issues with an 9 years old that mind his business. I work full time from home and weekends I am mostly away. Please note this is a SHORT TERM LET 3 MONTHS only:

West Norwood Train station is 2 minutes walk from the flat and the bus garage 1 minute away.
We give each other space in our flat but we strongly believe in communication.
