A 42 inch Ultra HD TV with Netflix is included.
The mattress is pocket sprung with a layer of dense foam for extra comfort.

THE FLAT
There is a clean bathroom with an overhead shower and a separate WC.
The kitchen is large, tidy and fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware.
The common areas are professionally cleaned once a month. Optional room cleaning is available at no extra cost.

THE BUILDING
The flat is in Hatherley Court, a well regarded 1930s portered building located just off Westbourne Grove.
The area offers a relaxed atmosphere with independent shops, designer boutiques, cafes, restaurants and excellent local amenities.
Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsburys are all within a few minutes walk.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
Royal Oak and Bayswater tube stations are both close by.
Queensway, Paddington and Notting Hill are around 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are also within easy walking distance, along with cinemas, leisure facilities and a wide range of shops and services.
