In terms of location, it probably doesn't get much better than Westbourne Grove Terrace - it's a really quiet street, and right in the heart of London.
There are numerous restaurants, shops, pubs, gyms, transport links nearby. Four tube stations within 5-10 mins walk: Queensway and Notting Hill Gate on the Central Line, Bayswater on the District and Circle Lines, and Royal Oak on the Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines.
Close both to Oxford Street, the West End, and the Westfield (all within walking distance). The flat has a separate living room and kitchen, as well as two good sized double bedrooms (both en-suite) with built-in wardrobes.
There is also a downstairs toilet for guests. In addition, there is unrestricted access to roof space, which is fantastic on a sunny day.
