Hello! I am moving out of my room in my 3 bed flat and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The bedroom itself is spacious and furnished with a Euro King bed, a large wardrobe, desk/chair (desk is collapsible and is seen in corner of photo), and plenty of storage. The flat itself has 2 bathrooms, one of which is newly renovated! The kitchen has also been recently renovated. We have a good amount of appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine) and a large fridge. The property also has a washer/dryer combo. It is located on the ground floor of a building in Notting Hill, a 5-8 minute walk from Westbourne Park station.
I have already paid 6 months of rent starting from September 2,2024. As the property will be available December 2,2024, I am looking for someone who can pay rent up front for December 2,2024-March 2,2024. After that, the rent will be month to month paid to the landlord/through the rental agency. All bills are included (water, electricity, council tax, etc), as our landlord takes care of it and it is included in the lease.
The current flat has 2 other people living in it, both female and ages 23 and 24. I am looking for a friendly, considerate, clean female to take over my room, ideally in their 20’s.
