Hello! I am moving out of my room in my 3 bed flat and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The bedroom itself is spacious and furnished with a Euro King bed, a large wardrobe, desk/chair (desk is collapsible and is seen in corner of photo), and plenty of storage. The flat itself has 2 bathrooms, one of which is newly renovated! The kitchen has also been recently renovated. We have a good amount of appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine) and a large fridge. The property also has a washer/dryer combo. It is located on the ground floor of a building in Notting Hill, a 5-8 minute walk from Westbourne Park station.
I have already paid 6 months of rent starting from September 2,2024. As the property will be available December 2,2024, I am looking for someone who can pay rent up front for December 2,2024-March 2,2024. After that, the rent will be month to month paid to the landlord/through the rental agency. All bills are included (water, electricity, council tax, etc), as our landlord takes care of it and it is included in the lease. There is a security deposit, however, this can be paid to me monthly until it is covered and you would get this money back at the end. I may be flexible about payments so message me if you want to chat!
The current flat has 2 other people living in it, both female and ages 23 and 24. I am looking for a friendly, considerate, clean female to take over my room, ideally in their 20’s.
