Description
GORGEOUS FLAT IN THE VIBRANT NOTTING HILL AREA!
Hello, I am leaving my apartment in December 2025 and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. While the date in the ad states that the apartment is free on 03 January 2026, I am open for an early move-in before the Christmas break.
The apartment is located at the third and penultimate floor at 58 Saint Stephen's Garden, in a lovely Victorian house. The flat is in a very quiet road with access to a private park right outside the door.
The double bedroom available for rent is quite spacious (140 sqft) and luminous, including a desk and a massive double-door wardrobe.
My flatmate and I live in a fully furnished 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom apartment, which we have decorated to be very cosy and warm, a real bubble of peace within one of London's most famous and attractive area.
The apartment includes all amenities such as:
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Double oven
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Two generous couches (quite handy when you both want to relax in the living room)
The bills are not included in the rent, but please find below a quick recap:
- Broadband: £15 each x month
- Water: c£15 each x month
- Electricity: c£23 x month
- Gas: c£20 each x month
- Council tax: Band E
The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city, being at a 5-minute walk from the Westbourne Park station (Hammersmith and Circle Lines), 15-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate station (Central and District Lines), 20-minute walk from the Paddington station (Elizabeth Line, Heathrow Express, Bakerloo Line), 2-minute walk from a bus stop where the 7, 28, 31 and 70 lines stop. There is as well a LimeBike station right outside the building.
The apartment is very well located as well:
- Westbourne Grove: 5-minute walk
- Portobello Road: 10-minute walk
- Kensington Garden / Hyde Park: 15-minute walk
Very famous London pubs are really close as well: The Pelican, The Westbourne, and The Cow are all within a 5-minute walk range.
My flatmate (the one staying in the flat) is a 33 yo French woman who has lived in London for the past 5 years. She works in entertainment, mostly on movie and commercial sets as a freelance (so always good stories to tell). She is very easy-going and respectful of boundaries, and enjoys a nice chat as much as having her alone time. Her cooking skills are divine and she loves spending some time at home with a good meal and a good movie.
Full-time employed people are preferred, with a salary above £50k per annum to pass the affordability check done by the landlord.
