1 double room in a lovely 2 bed apartment in W2

Hi! I’m looking for a suitable flatmate to share this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Queensway/Bayswater.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, a living room, kitchen and a private patio. I currently live very close by and have been in the area since 2023, so I know the neighbourhood really well and genuinely love living here. I’m moving out of my current place on 28 August, and I’m hoping to stay in the area.

One thing to note: the kitchen hob and sink, as well as some of the bathroom fittings, currently look a little dated in the photos. I’ve spoken to the agent and they’ve agreed that these will be replaced before we move in, so the flat will have these updates in place by then.

Nearby stations (all a 5-8 mins walk) : Bayswater, Queensway, Paddington, and Royal Oak

A little about me:
I moved to London in 2022 and work as an IT Consultant. I’m in the office 5 days a week, usually leaving home around 7am, so I tend to use the bathroom earlier in the morning.

Since we’ll be sharing a bathroom, I think it’s helpful if our routines work reasonably well together, but equally, I’m pretty easy-going about these things.

I’m clean and tidy and like coming home to a nice, clean house, so I’ll always do my bit to keep the flat that way. I’m also quite social and think it’s nice to actually get along with your flatmate rather than just co-exist like strangers! I’d be very happy to grab a drink, dinner or just have a chat at home, while of course respecting each other’s space and boundaries.
