Notting Hill - Minutes from Portobello Road

Hello!

I'm looking for a house mate to join me in this gorgeous 2 bed, 1 bath, big kitchen, naturally lit Notting Hill flat. Minutes from Portobello Road + Westbourne Park tube station.

The tenancy is rented directly from the landlord. It is month to month to begin with the possibility of a longer term contract. The room is £1450 + bills (£150) per month - totalling at £1600.

For a little about who you'll be living with... I'm an 28 year old Australian who has been living in London for 8 years. I spent the past decade working as a journalist, however, recently pivoted into the sexual and female health space (so lots of interesting books in the flat!). I love strolling through markets, an evening boxing class, mid-week theatre show, and running away for a weekend getaway. I run my own biz and am a consultant for other brands - so predominantly work from home.

I'm looking for someone who is independent but also open to sharing the occasional meal / making the most of living in this area!
