Spacious Studio - Tower Hamlets near West Ferry

Due to current circumstances, I am moving back to New Zealand and I am looking for a replacement for my studio. I am very flexible with moving dates.

This studio apartment is within the Royal Quay, there is onsite concierge during the day. It is a short walk to the Westferry DLR (then 10 minutes to Bank station from there. It is also walking distance to both Mile End and Canary Wharf (or a quick bus ride).

The studio comes partly furnished (bed, couch, dresser, bed-side cabinet, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine).

The studio is rented through Cityzen. They did mention they would be open to negotiating the rent but would have to be near the same amount. The tenancy agreement would be for 12 months with a 6-month break clause.

Bills (council tax, water, electricity) are not included (roughly £130-150 PM)
