There is no agency involved. You will deal directly with the current flatmate.
The maisonette flat is in zone 2, walking distance to Canary Wharf and Limehouse, with perfect connection anywhere in London by near DLR, tube (Jubilee, Elizabeth, Central, District lines) or busses (15 minutes to the City center).
The property has 2 floors- there is a spacious eat-in, fully equipped kitchen downstairs (microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, juicer, mixer, coffee machine, 2 fridges, cutlery, plates, pots, etc...) and a Table for 2-3 people.
The rooms are upstairs. The flatmate downstairs does not disturb anyone who is chilling in the room.
The room has 2 years old IKEA furniture (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelf, desk, and chair.
WC and the bathroom are separated.
There is a beautiful patio connected to one room, so there will be some bbq and dinners together!
The flat was refurbished 3 years ago. The living-out landlord is very caring and approachable.
There is a park 3 minutes away from the house, Lidl, Tesco, and other shops are just 5-10 minutes walking distance. Few gyms are within walking distance.
We are working out-of-home professionals living a few years in London, used to sharing the spaces with other people. Respectful, organized, open-minded, and happy to have a nice chat or beer with our flatmates.
We would prefer someone who is not working from home.
We would love to keep the home tidy and peaceful as it has been until now. If you are searching for something like this, please let me know.
