I am a 39 year old woman working in fashion. I have lived here for 9 years and love my home. I am not a typical landlord, the right person is the most important thing to me as I live here as well.

I am very relaxed, clean and quiet, I'm looking for someone similar. I work from home twice a week in a home office, there is high speed internet also included in the rent.

This is a large room in a beautiful flat; only a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf and 5 minutes from Westferry DLR.

There is a south facing balcony with a gorgeous view of Canary Wharf. The room is fully furnished with a king sized bed. The flat has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, separate bathroom and toilet and large shared living/dining room. All bills are included.

There is a lovely indoor cat also living here, she is most likely to be found under my bed so won't bother you!
