Hey Everyone! My flat mate is moving out of the country and I'm looking for someone to take his room!

Rent: £1335 pcm (subject to change upon lease renewal)
Bills: Around £150 pcm (gas + council tax + electricity) (Band F)
Our lease currently runs out on September 10th and I'm looking for someone to take over his room when I renew the lease. The building has its own gym and Parking space available with a 24/7 concierge. Your bedroom would have its own ensuite bathroom and looks right onto the river! The bed, side table and drawers in the pictures are staying in the room but other will be gone. The flat is near the DLR, Elizabeth and Jubilee lines so an easy commute to the rest of London. The flat has its own dishwasher and washer/dryer as well!
I've been living here the last couple of years since I moved to London and have loved it so would like to stay on. I work from home 3-4 days a week and work from either Old street or Canary Wharf when in the office. I enjoy watching/playing a number of sports and have been exploring London one restaurant/bar at a time.
If you're someone that is sociable but also appreciates their own space that would be great. I don't want to feel like I'm living with a stranger so would be great to get on and have the occasional drink here and there but still respect our own space etc!
