Huge room, walking distance from Canary Wharf

Hi!

I am looking for a lodger to move into my lovely home near Canary Wharf, I am a live in landlord and have been here for 12 years.

The room is very large and fully furnished with a queen sized bed. There is a good sized lounge/dining room with a view of Canary Wharf and access to the south facing balcony. There is a separate shared toilet and bathroom, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and all utensils.

All bills (including council tax and high speed internet) are included within the rent.

Now about me. I am a 42 year old professional and I work in the office 2/3 days a week. I am a non smoker, but I’m happy if you wanted to smoke on the balcony (it’s a non smoking house otherwise). I am very chilled and very clean. I enjoy cooking and relaxing in the evening. There is a lovely indoor cat living here as well, she is most likely to be found hiding under my bed so she won’t bother you.
