I'm currently moving out of my current flat and am looking for someone to replace me, between June 11th and July 11th, however there is a possibility to extend. The current rent is £810 but open to negotiation excluding bills which come to around £100 each month. Very close to LIDL and gyms, and cinema.
Currently the room consists of a huge double bedroom WITH a balcony near Canary Wharf, and literally 2 minutes from Westferry Station, with lots of local bus routes nearby.
Apartment comes with a separate living room, separate toilet and bathroom and two other flatmates who are both professionals working in London, 3 days WFH per week. They're both super nice and are looking for someone kind, tolerable and clean to take my spot starting for the year - so signing a new contract.
No pets and no couples and only looking for girlies -sorry!
Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
