It’s a furnished double room with en-suite. There is a large kitchen & living room area with a balcony.

The development also contains a free on-site gym which is open to residents and there is a concierge service.

Parking is also available on the development however, this would have to be found separately.

The flat is only a 15 minute walk or 5-10 minute bus ride to Canary Wharf. Westferry & Langdon Park DLR stations are within a 10-15 minute walk providing good transport links to Canary Wharf, Stratford and the City.

You will be sharing with one other professional male who is friendly and easy going.

The room is available from 21st July 2024. The current contract runs until April 2025 with the option to sign a new contract.

The rent is £1,150 pcm and bills are roughly £130 pcm including water which is paid quarterly.
