Great en-suite in a duplex in front of the canal

Hi all,

I am renting out this incredible en-suite room in a fantastic duplex house loctaed in front of the canal in Westferry (London E14). It has been my room for the last two years.

The flat has two terraces, massive living room, 3 bathrooms (one per room) and an extra bath for people visiting).

Current flatmates: 👨🏻British young professional 👨🏻and an Italian young professional (mid late twenties, very cool, clean and organized who love going out and spending time around together).

**NO COUPLES**

Rent: 1060£ per month.

Bills: between 100 and 180-200£ (it depends on the heating in winter). On average rent + bills is 1200£.

Deposit: 1160£.

The room includes curtains (also the bar), gaming chair (VERY comfortable if you WFH) and a very nice desktop). The original price was over 300£ and I am leaving it for 150£.

150£ need to be deposited for your share of the furniture (this means you will become 1/3 owner of things like (TV, TV cabinet, Hoover, microwave, toaster, cutlery, pumping mattress, drying rack, terrace furniture etc…).
