The flat boasts a light-filled open-plan living room/kitchen and a generous balcony together with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Limehouse Cut canal and Bartlett Park. It's in a secure development with 24hr concierge.

It's a 12 minute-walk to the DLR Westferry station and a 20 minute-walk to Canary Wharf, so ideal for professionals who work there. It is also very close to a range of amenities that can be found along East India Dock Road.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Even though it's not en-suite, you will have your own bathroom (located in the hallway).

I am looking for a flatmate working full time - preferable not WFH - who is not a party person. Friendly and sociable, but also respectful, clean, tidy and organised.

I am a 33-year old professional who mostly works from home. I love yoga and cooking.
