Hello!!
I have lived in this property for 2 years and one of my flatmates is leaving :( we are looking for a chill and clean replacement to take her double room from the 1st of November.
The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe, aswell as a full size desk and space for more storage. There is a lounge on the same floor that we share that has a Tv! The kitchen downstairs is quite big and the shower has recently been updated to have a waterfall feature:)
Our landlady is lovely and we’re really looking for someone to maintain the good vibes in the flat!
Rent is 750 +bills, about 100 in the winter and 60-70 in the summer. Professionals only please as we are both professionals and are after someone able to pay council tax with us.
We are 2 girls who have recently graduated and are both working in the city! Looking for females only. One of us has a very cute house cat which you would have to be okay with ( we’d prefer more than okay!) .
