The room fits a queen size bed, it comes unfurnished apart from the small unit, but I am selling my bed frame & mattress (both bought new less than 2 months ago).
The house is in a great location and well connected - 10 mins walk from Westferry & Poplar stations, and 15 mins walk from Canary Wharf. Also not far from Greenwich!
Has a good sized kitchen, living room and garden, and a separate toilet as well as a beautiful bathroom.
£820 EXCLUDING bills (including council tax these usually come to around £150).
