I am currently renting with my brother who is going to move out at the end of January, hence, I am looking for someone to take his place.

The flat is located on the 10th floor at a gated building which has a concierge service. The room is a fully furnished en-suite with a built-in shower cabin and toilet. The living room is combined with an American style kitchen which is equipped with the standard devices including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and cooker hood. The flat also has a balcony with a nice view to the nearby park and Canary Wharf. It has good links to Westferry DLR, Canary Wharf and Mile End tube stations.

Parking: the flat comes with a secure underground parking space which is optional.

About me:
I am 35 year old male software developer who works for a financial company. I am originally from Hungary and moved to London in 2015. I go home every few months and stay for several weeks. I am fairly busy during the week, I usually work 1-2 days from home. In my free time I go to the gym, read, learn new skills or go out with friends. I am tidy and keep my sorroundings clean. I am happy to socialize with my flatmates while respecting the need for private space.

- Council tax: 140 GBP/month - the property was valued as band D
