Looking for a tenant to rent out a beautiful double room in a flatshare in the Westferry/Canary Wharf E14 area! The property is located in the Premiere Place buildings, in a quiet residential nook under a 2 minute walk away from the Westferry station

The room on offer is a fully furnished double room in a flat with 3 other friendly tenants sharing a kitchen, bathroom and corridor. The furnishings include a double bed, desk and chair, a smaller table and a big chest of drawers. Additionally the room is also equipped with a huge built-in double sliding door closet (that doubles as a pair of big mirrors) so there's plenty of room for storage!

The rent also covers ALL BILLS - including water, electricity, gas, internet and council tax :)

FLAT
The rest of the flat includes a fully functional modern kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher including shared cookware, dishes, mugs and cutlery, as well as individual cupboards and shelves available for personal use. The common bathroom includes a toilet, sink, bath and shower with a newly fitted high pressure showerhead.

The flat is currently occupied by 3 other young professional tenants - all friendly, pleasant, courteous and easy to talk to, along with being very respectful of personal space
