The appliances in the kitchen are all new, the living room is spacious and has a sofa bed (for any guests you may have), and the flat has a nice balcony with some amazing views of Canary Wharf. The flat has excellent transport links, with Westferry DLR Station just a 5 minute walk away and a stop away from Canary Wharf. There is also a bus stop just outside the building to get into Central London quite quickly.
You would have the master bedroom - it's a very spacious room which comes with plenty of storage space, a wardrobe, a king size bed, a desk and an ensuite. The desk is a great size if you work from home a lot.
The other tenant is a friend of mine, a 26 year-old trainee solicitor. He's a quiet, respectful flatmate who works long hours, so you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time during the weekdays. He's also up for a drink at the pub or a quiet night in.
Bills are not included, they usually come in around 100-150 each a month (Council Tax band D). Pretty flexible on move-in date. The tenancy goes until 15 September, but likely an option to renew if you decide you're interested in that.
