🧸 Apartment Details: Located on the 4th floor, gets morning sunlight, and stays warm in winter. The concierge is friendly, and packages can be delivered to the door. The apartment faces the courtyard, making it very quiet.
🎥 Room Details: It’s the second bedroom, with a bathroom right across the hall (very convenient). The room comes with a desk, wardrobe, office storage cabinet, floor lamp, and a large floor-to-ceiling window with a great view.
👸 Flatmate: A female, my long-time friend who recently completed her PhD. She has a regular schedule, never brings guests over, respects personal boundaries, is very quiet, and maintains a clean living environment. Looking for a female tenant with similar habits.
