Hey I'm looking for somebody to sublet my flat for 2 months over December 2025 and January 2026 as I'm going on a trip back to my home in New Zealand.
The flatmates are both lovely (hand picked by me here on spare room too xD). Billy is 25 and is from London, a passionate creative and a sweet guy. Rhys is 24 also from New Zealand like myself, working in Data Science, plays guitar like a madman (also a sweet guy).
About the flat:
We're located just across from the Thames, with a beautiful riverside walk right across the road from our doorstep. The flat has three bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra toilet, a storage closet and a large, modern open-plan kitchen/living area that opens onto a very spacious private garden—a rare find in this area.
All appliances and facilities are modern, clean, and professionally maintained yearly by the property management.
Rent is £900/month, which is exceptionally reasonable given the location and quality of the space.
There are plenty of great amenities nearby—bars, grocery stores, chemists, department stores, and GP clinics all within a 5–10 minute walk.
