**these are the photos I took of the flat when the previous tenants were living there, before I took over the lease. I am currently away on holiday but will take updated pictures as soon as I am back - please note new appliances have been added and certain pieces of furniture have been removed/moved**
Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room in our lovely, bright flat. The room will be available from 8th December, and the flat is well located between Mile End, Limehouse, and Canary Wharf.

• Spacious double bedroom with lots of natural light
• Right next to the shared bathroom (which will just be shared between the two of us)
• Rent: £1,175 pcm (excluding bills)
• Bills: around £200 pcm (Council Tax Band D)
• Available from: 8th December
• Rent negotiable due to temporary building works
🏗 Building Works
The building is currently having external insulation renewed (expected completion by February). Once finished, the flat should be better insulated and energy bills will drop. There may be some daytime disruption, so I’m currently trying to negotiate the rent while this is ongoing.
