The apartment is well situated, 2 mins walk to Westferrry station, which gets you to Bank in 8 minutes. Canary Wharf Elizabeth line is a 12 minute walk.
I have to move north west for work, current commute is time consuming and costly. We have the lease signed till mid January, with the option to extend. You will be replacing me on the lease.
There is one housemate, Iffy, who works in the music industry. He works a few days from the office, rest from home. He's big on football and music.
The utilities and tax range is 100 - 150, so total monthly cost including rent would be capped below 1,350.
The property is managed by HomeMade, which will carry out the checks prior to any approvals. They will charge 50 quid for the checks, happy to split that cost. Please ensure you have a stable job or sufficient savings to pass the checks.
