Location is well situated, 2 mins walk to Westferrry station, which gets you to Bank in 8 minutes. Canary Wharf Elizabeth line is a 12 minute walk.
I have to move north west for work, current commute is time consuming and costly. We have the lease signed till mid January, with the option to extend. You will be replacing me on the lease.
There is one housemate, Iffy, who works in the music industry. He works a few days from the office, rest from home. He's big on football and music.
The utilities and tax expense per month comes below £150 per person per month, so total monthly cost including rent would be capped around £1,300.
The property is managed by HomeMade, which will carry out the checks prior to any approvals. They will charge £50 for the checks. Please ensure you have a stable job (£37,000 annual minimum) or sufficient savings (and/or a guarantor) to pass the checks.
