Your bedroom comes with a double bed, full wardrobe, small chest of drawers and balcony access.

The flat itself is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen (inclusive of a dishwasher!), a washer/dryer and bathroom shared by all tenants. The place has underfloor heating and the off license downstairs is always kind to hold our packages if we miss a delivery!

This place has been newly refurbished, so we're looking for someone who is very tidy and willing to maintain the space to a high standard with us, but also interested in creating a welcoming, friendly environment. Guests are welcome and we're looking forward to having a bit of banter around the flat, with respect for each other's down time as well.
