This is a calm, well-kept flat that truly feels like a home. My current flatmate is moving out due to a job change, and we’ve lived here together for the past two years, taking great care of the space. The lease runs until the end of October.

The flat is very bright and sunny throughout the day, with a spacious living room that works really well for working from home. It comes fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer, heating, and elevator access. The room itself is in excellent condition, with a bed and mattress under two years old, plus a new heater and rug (both under a year old).

Who I’m looking for

I work from home 2–3 days a week, so I really value a peaceful, tidy environment during the day. I’d ideally like to live with someone who also has a routine that takes them out of the flat regularly (office-based, social, or otherwise), so we both get a good balance of space and energy at home.

I’m looking for someone considerate and naturally tidy—someone who keeps shared areas clean without it being a chore, and who enjoys a relaxed, respectful living dynamic.

This would suit a professional in their early 30s who’s settled, independent, and appreciates having a calm, comfortable space to come back to.
