Looking for a Flatmate – Spacious Double Room with

Hello! We are two girls (Kinda 25 and Tanisha 25) looking for a third roommate (ideally a female in her 20s) to join our lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom girlypop flat in East London from August (but open to discuss move-in dates that work). We only just moved in, so apologies if it looks a little bare in the photos—we're looking for someone who's excited to make this place feel like home with us too!

🏠 The Flat
The flat is super spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a balcony that gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day. It's a really lovely place to come home to, with lots of space to relax, cook, or spend time together. The building also has a porter, so you'll never have to worry about missing deliveries—parcels can be safely collected for you. The location is also super convenient, with a Lidl directly opposite and a Tesco just downstairs, making those last-minute food runs incredibly easy. To top it off, we have a genuinely lovely landlord who's responsive, helpful, and always happy to sort anything that comes up.

👋 About Us
You'll be living with two lovely 25-year-old working professionals. I work in finance, and my friend works in consulting. We're both pretty chilled during the week and keep the flat VERY clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space. We enjoy catching up over dinner, watching a movie, or sharing a glass (or bottle) of wine, while also giving each other plenty of downtime and privacy. Outside of work, we both love to travel whenever we can, and on the weekends you'll usually find us trying a new restaurant, grabbing cocktails, or planning our next trip! We're definitely big foodies and enjoy the occasional fun night out.

💷 Costs
Rent: £1,139 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: Approximately £150–£200 per month, depending on the time of year and includes council tax, water, electricity and wifi
Deposit: £1,462

📅 Tenancy
We're looking for someone to move in ASAP, ideally for at least a year, as we're hoping to find a long-term housemate.

😊 Who We're Looking For
Someone who's friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful. We'd ideally prefer someone who doesn't work from home full-time, although one or two WFH days a week is absolutely fine.
